- Registration Information: You register with CallBud using Apple Sign-In. We collect your email address and, if provided, your name.
- Appointment Information: When you use the App to make appointments, we collect details such as the phone number and reason for the appointment.
- Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access our App, including the device ID and user agent.
- IP Address: We collect your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our App.
- Google Firebase: We use Google Firebase for authentication. Refer to Google Firebase's privacy policy for information on how they collect and use data.
2. Use of Your Information
We use your information to provide, operate, and maintain our App; improve, personalize, and expand our App; understand and analyze how you use our App; and communicate with you.
3. Sharing Your Information

4. Audio Recordings and Privacy
We do not store audio of the calls made through our App. No transcripts are stored of these conversations.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and misuse.

You have the right to access, update, or to delete the personal information we have on you. You can exercise these rights directly within the App.
7. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
